Rachael Ray Dog Food
Any suggestions on dog food?
Hi everyone–
I have a 2 year old border collie and lately I’ve started to become concerned about the food I’m feeding her. I feed her 2 1/2 cups (she’s 40 pounds) once a day of Rachael Ray Nutrish. She loves it, but recently I read a review of it and it only got two out of five stars. She has an appointment with her vet tomorrow and I was going to mention this to him, but from what I’ve been reading the vet might not be able to be much help in this area. I was wondering if some of you could recommend some better quality foods that aren’t too expensive that I could try her on. I would appreciate any suggestions.
Me and my dog’s favorite dog food is Orijen, it’s the best dog food available to buy in my opinion. Other foods that are good (not quite as good but still good) are Blue Buffalo Wilderness, Taste of the Wild: High Prairie formula, and Wellness CORE. EVO is good too but some people don’t like it now due to who bought it (ingredients haven’t been changed yet) I occasionaly feed my dog 95% meat wet food from EVO and Nature’s Variety Instinct.
